Refund Policy

At BagVac, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully.


🔄 Returns

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a return.


💷 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • Refunds may be partially withheld if the item is returned in poor condition


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as BagVac cannot be responsible for lost return packages


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window

  • Items without original packaging


🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Return the original product

  2. Place a new order on our website


🛑 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process.


📦 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or full refund, at no additional cost.
